The food here is about what you would expect from a BBQ chain. Portion sizes are good and the price is okay...
Service is typically slower than you would expect but if you look at the age of those that work here you are dealing with the entitlement generation. Customer service in general went out the window a couple of generations ago. Nuff said!
Food taste fine, service is okay and there just aren't that many decent places to some in the metropolis of Grove, OK.
They do offer you a to go cup for your drink... -

Came in on a Sunday, stood for about 5 minutes and then left. I worked in restaurants growing up and understand how they work. In the 5 minutes we were there there was about 4 dirty tables dishes piled on each one, a bunch of people waiting to be seated. I understand being busy, but i couldn't count the amount of employees walking by dishes, and standing around talking. Dishes piled high on the edge of the counters by the computer... it was disgusting. Poor leadership is the cause of these issues.

We waited over 45 minutes on are food and then it was the wrong order. Cheese fries were microwaved and stuck together.ill give them a star because the fries and drinks is the only thing thay changed us for. Probably won't be back.

I've tried to give this place a chance a few different times in the past couple of years and every time I go there it's something ridiculous. The food is incredibly overpriced for the the mediocre quality it is and the service is often terrible.

Place is filthy. The staff appears to be totally oblivious to dirty tables, napkins were laying on the floor, there was a wet rag laying under one of the tables right next to a fork. When we were there, they were not busy and there is absolutely no excuse for the staff to leave the dining area in that disarray. It's hard to get good help in Grove. Sad.
